Loading EVA Locker...
What the Locker is, how it pays, what it costs to leave early, and what you are committing to.
Part of the Bitcoin the protocol mines every day is shared among locked positions. You claim whenever you want, without touching your principal.
While your EVA is locked, mining keeps filling the burn vaults. The Locker itself always redeems at the Core floor; Boost pays a far higher price, but only for a limited amount of EVA, once you have withdrawn, and while its coverage lasts.
The Locker does not raise the price of your EVA. These figures are context on the ecosystem you are locking into, not a second Locker payout.
One payout in Bitcoin on EVA you keep owning. The project locks most of its own tokens with zero weight: every sat the Locker distributes goes to the community.
Three things to understand before you lock: the APR is an estimate that moves with revenue and with how much EVA is locked; leaving before the unlock date almost always loses value; and the EVA you lock is held by the contract until maturity.

01 · How it works
Lock, earn wBTC while you wait, withdraw at maturity. Claiming and leaving early are optional branches.
Step 1 of 6
Four public terms: 3, 6, 12 and 24 months. Longer terms get a higher multiplier on every payout: 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x.
Terms, weights and transferability are set in the contract constructor and can never be added to or changed. Nobody can create a better tier later.
02 · Project commitment
A fifth term exists only for the project: 24 months, zero weight, non-transferable.
The project's position NFTs will appear here once they are opened on-chain.
With the project's EVA out of circulation for 24 months, circulating supply drops and every wBTC the Locker distributes goes to those who commit.
The project's position is soulbound: it cannot be sold, listed or used as collateral. It only comes back at maturity.
Everything here is read from the contract. The Stats page shows the total locked by term, including the project's.
03 · Where it comes from
Follow a wBTC from the miner to your position.
Arrow widths follow today's split. Core always takes a fixed 10%; the Locker's share follows the ladder below, and every extra point for the Locker comes out of Boost.
The protocol earns wBTC from mining operations. Each payment is split by the project across three destinations: the Core burn vault, the active Boost vault, and the Locker. The Locker's share is distributed to lockers in proportion to their shares.
Rewards are paid only in wBTC. The Locker never mints EVA and never inflates supply. If a payment arrives while no weighted shares exist, it is banked and released with the next distribution.
The split between the three destinations is an operational parameter chosen per payment, not a contract constant. It can change. A smaller Locker share means lower rewards for everyone locked.
04 · Ladder
The share of Bitcoin that goes to the Locker is not fixed: it starts at 10% of production and climbs in steps as more EVA is locked. Before locking you know which step you are on, how far the next one is, and the worst case.
| Step | EVA locked by the community | Locker share | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | up to 100k | 10% | Current |
| 2 | up to 200k | 20% | Next |
| 3 | up to 300k | 30% | |
| 4 | up to 400k | 40% | |
| 5 | above 400k | 45% |
Step 1 of 5 · 10% of the vaults goes to the Locker · 0.033 BTC per day · 100,000 EVA to the next step
How much you lock (EVA)
Term
Your shares: 4,000 (1,000 EVA × weight). They split the Locker flow with every other share in the scenario above: more EVA locked within the same step lowers your part. Valued at … sats per EVA.
APR in wBTC over the market value of the EVA locked (… sats). Not compounded, ignores the lock fee, assumes holding to maturity. Outside the Locker, the Core floor keeps rising with mining.
05 · APR
Here is exactly how we compute it and why it will not match what you finally earn.
The estimate takes the recurring wBTC paid to the Locker over a recent window, projects it over a year, and divides it among everyone currently locked, weighted by term multiplier. Your APR is your part of that yearly amount compared with the value of the EVA you locked. It depends on four things that all change:
Mining income varies with hash price, uptime and payment timing. A quiet month lowers the yearly projection for everyone.
Every new lock takes a slice of the same payouts and dilutes every existing position, including yours. The ladder offsets part of that by raising the Locker's share as the total grows, and every early exit improves the yield of those who stay.
The Locker's share follows the published ladder: it rises as more EVA is locked, and outside the ladder it only changes with prior notice on the official channel.
The APR is expressed in wBTC terms. If EVA rises against BTC, the same wBTC rewards are a smaller percentage of your position's value, and vice versa.
The figure is not compounded, does not account for the lock fee, and assumes you hold to maturity. It is recomputed live from the pool size on-chain, but the revenue inputs are a dated snapshot shown next to every APR label.
No APR is guaranteed. Past revenue does not predict future revenue. Treat the number as an order of magnitude for comparing terms, not as a promised return.
06 · Early exit
The Locker rewards those who commit to holding EVA, because that commitment gives the ecosystem solidity. Leaving early is always possible, and expensive on purpose.
When you exit early, a time-based curve decides how much of your EVA you get back as liquid EVA: the fraction of the term already elapsed. At the start you keep almost nothing; at the unlock date you keep everything. The remainder is force-burned against the Core vault, and you receive that burn's wBTC backing instead.
The catch is the price. Today the Core floor (wBTC in the vault divided by EVA supply) sits far below the market price, so burning in the Core means a loss against market: the burned part of your position converts at a deep discount. The market would have to rise a great deal to make up for an early exit. Run your own numbers before locking. Accrued rewards are paid out normally with the exit.

Loss compares the market value of what you get back (kept EVA at market price plus wBTC received) with the market value of the EVA you locked. It ignores rewards already earned and any fee. Market price from the EverValue price API; floor from the Core vault on-chain.
Early exit is irreversible and, at today's prices, costs a large part of your position's value except very close to maturity. Only lock EVA you will not need before the unlock date.
07 · Positions
You can sell your position at a fixed wBTC price and it keeps earning until it sells. No buyer is guaranteed.
The protocol may offer to extend a position with a prize. You decide, and nothing changes if you decline.
Protocol buyback of positions. A venue where the protocol buys positions at a price that tracks EVA's DEX quote in sats, with a margin, in limited amounts. The reference price would only ratchet upwards to resist manipulation. Targeted for about a month after the Locker launches, with no date or volume promised.
08 · Risks
Plainly stated. If any of these is unacceptable to you, do not lock.
The contract holds it. The only ways out before maturity are early exit, which loses value, or selling the position, which depends on finding a buyer.
Revenue comes from mining and from an operational split. Either can fall. There is no minimum payout.
Every new lock reduces every existing position's share of future payments, so your APR can be different tomorrow. The ladder offsets part of it, and early exits improve the yield of those who stay: the same BTC shared among fewer participants.
The value of your locked principal moves with the EVA market. Locking does not protect you from a price drop, and you cannot sell your EVA while it is locked.
Leaving early converts the unvested part of your position at the Core floor price, a small fraction of market. The loss can exceed 90% of that part's value.
You are responsible for your keys. Transactions on Arbitrum are final. Approvals you grant to the Locker and market contracts are standard ERC-20 and ERC-721 approvals.
09 · Fees
If a lock fee is active it is skimmed from your deposit at lock time, burned against the Core vault, and the resulting wBTC goes to the revenue router. It applies to new locks only. There are no fees on claims, withdrawals, early exits or market trades beyond network gas.
